I forgot to write a blog last week!
There have been a couple of occasions, holidays and Christmas, when I’ve chosen not to do one but this is the first time in 18 months of writing that I’ve flat forgotten to do it.
A myriad of excuses could accompany this forgetfulness but they won’t help anyone, least of all me. The solution will help though. The solution, as highlighted by James Clear, when you break a good habit, is to implement it again at the first opportunity.
Everyone can miss a habit one day or one week, the trick is to never let yourself miss two in a row. Beating yourself up about it isn’t going to help. Sometimes you’ve just go to pick yourself up and go again.
